Is the shipping packaging discreet?
Yes. We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown or white boxes with no mention of 'Glass Bongs' or the contents on the exterior label.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for a free replacement.
